The MLS NEXT playoffs kicked off on Friday June 25 with a 1-0 victory from the academy’s U-15s against LA Surf.
The U-17s followed with a 3-1 victory against Atlanta United on Saturday June 26. After back-to-back wins from both squads, the U-17s were eliminated on Sunday, losing 3-1 against the Colorado Rapids.
The U-17s joined the showcase for the remainder of the tournament. The U-15s defeated FC Dallas 3-0 to advance to the semifinals where they will face Real Salt Lake on Wednesday June 30.

The academy’s Damian Alguera, Alejandro Cano and Brandon Zelaya were called up to El Salvador’s Senior National Team camp in Los Angeles.
