FEATURE: Earthquakes to host viewing party for USWNT vs. England

The United States Women's National Team defeated France in the quarterfinals of the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup 2-1 on Friday, June 28 with both goals coming from Megan Rapinoe. The United States star opened up the scoring in the 5th minute with a free kick that snuck by everybody to give the USWNT the early lead against France. It wasn't until the 65th minute when Rapinoe doubled the Americans' lead with a nice, calm finish. France scored what turned out to be a consolation goal in the 81st minute to finish off the quarterfinal tie. Now the USWNT will take on England in the semifinals on Tuesday, July 2 at 12:00 p.m.
