Earthquakes Trade Fatai Alashe to FC Cincinnati, Acquire Allocation Money
The San Jose Earthquakes announced that the club has traded the MLS rights of midfielder Fatai Alashe to FC Cincinnati in exchange for $135,000 of Allocation Money. Alashe will spend the rest of the 2018 season on loan with FC Cincinnati in USL before the club joins Major League Soccer as an expansion side in 2019. “We would like to thank Fatai for his hard work and dedication to the team over the past three and a half seasons,” said Earthquakes general manager Jesse Fioranelli.
