On Sunday, 16-year-old Homegrown center back Jacob Akanyirige made his San Jose Earthquakes debut when he subbed on in the 90th minute to close out the friendly vs. the English giants. Though no goals were scored, and very little time elapsed while he was on the field, it was a special moment the Quakes Academy product won't forget.
